At the moment, we ship exclusively within Spain. Would you like to have an order delivered to another country? Please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities. Yes, unused standard products can be returned within the applicable return period. Custom-made products are excluded from return.

Check your order immediately upon receipt. Has any damage occurred during transport? Please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, include some photos. We always look for a suitable solution.

Yes. You can also pick up your order at our showroom in La Romaneta (Alicante). Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable pick-up time.

Silk flowers and artificial plants require little maintenance. Regular dusting with a feather duster or soft cloth is usually sufficient to keep them looking beautiful. Additionally, for every product in our webshop, you will find a product-specific description with useful information regarding maintenance, placement, and how best to keep the product looking its best.

Yes. Our UV-resistant artificial plants are specially developed for outdoor use and are more resistant to sunlight than standard artificial plants. According to our supplier's tests, these artificial plants retain their appearance for up to 3 years under normal conditions. Ordinary artificial plants that have not been specially treated to be UV-resistant, on the other hand, can quickly discolour under the influence of sunlight. Please do keep in mind, however, that weather conditions, the degree of exposure to sunlight, and the location can affect the lifespan.
